We love Mrs Tilly’s Scottish tablet and these bars are great for leaving our guests in our self catering log cabin as a Scottish welcome snack and always go down well with guests and the family looking for a sweet treat. Delivery is fast and efficient however miss their vegan cruelty free options that have been stopped and were delicious for anyone on a vegan or dairy free diet hence 4 and not 5 stars 🌟

I have filled in the contact us on your shop site twice. I was sent less product than I paid for and asked for replacement or refund. Unfortunately no one has replied yet. I first bought this tablet in Scotland visiting family and as it isn’t sold where I live in Dorset so I decided to use the online shop and bought it online. The delivery was short by two bars which might seem trivial but I had intended to share them with friends and colleagues. Now two people will miss out. You also don’t show an actual email on your website so the only way to get in touch is via your web form which doesn’t acknowledge that you have successfully received the message. Sad to provide a low score this was due to lack of communication so far.
